BodyPlus Physiotherapy offers individual and group exercise.

Classes include:

INDIVIDUAL

  • Separate or in conjunction with hands-on Physiotherapy
  • One-on-one education from a Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist
  • Recommended prior to attending a class, especially if new to Pilates
  • Claimable through supporting Private Health Funds
  • Suitable for both men and women of all ages

 

GROUP CLASSES

  • Maximum of 5 participants per class (8 participants for HIIT classes)
  • 1 hour duration
  • Suitable for both men and women of all ages
  • Claimable through supporting Private Health Funds

 

MUMS & BUBS CLASSES

  • Maximum of 4 mum-bub combos
  • Baby must be between 3 and 9 months old
  • Please notify Physiotherapist of any post-natal complications you may be experiencing
  • 1 hour duration
  • Claimable through supporting Private Health Funds
